HIDDEN is thrilled to announce Martin Kolář's exhibition, which is part of the PETRBLOK #2 series.

Martin Kolář is in his second year of study at Jiří Petrbok's Drawing Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. From the beginning, he has been navigating between classical and digital creation, fascinated by the excessive perfection and formal possibilities of the latter. In his paintings, he explores themes of relationships, family, childhood innocence in contrast to the reality of the adult world, and an interest in perversion that permeates older and contemporary images in various forms. Crossing boundaries is natural for him not only within visual arts but also in music creation, where he is currently emerging from the depths of alternative music, delving into the exploration of electronic and pop worlds.
