Roman Košťál - Plague

The artist drew inspiration from an old engraving depicting a skeleton unleashing plague upon the world. Here, however, the focus shifts to a "plague kiss," where the act of kissing—typically associated with love and tenderness—is fused with the motif of contagion and, metaphorically, death.
