About
I create photographs, paintings, drawings, objects and performances. I am interested in architecture and art: modern, old and not yet existing and their interconnection. I am fascinated by collections of all kinds. In the last 10 years I have moved away from more concentrated media such as drawing or painting to mainly photography and moreover in the last 6 years captured almost exclusively with a mobile phone.
Such photography allows me to record a moment that is a break from the stream of tasks, diaries and the constant rational streamlining of management towards professionalisation and increased productivity. It is a micro-contemplation, a moment of poetry. It corresponds more to life in the city. Its complement to me is the garden in the countryside, which is also an ideal creative work in which there is no uselessness and no waste. Its slower more biological time helps me to keep something of the beginner's mind.
